摘要
针对自动切换开关接触放电时系统死机复位的问题,提出了一种静电放电死机、复位的整改措施,并对整改措施进行了详细的理论分析。通过构建一个低阻抗的路径,使流过复位主板的共模电流经过这个低阻抗路径进行泄放,减少共模电流对复位主板CPU的影响,使其满足静电放电抗扰度A级的要求。为解决浮地产品静电放电测试中死机复位问题提供参考。
Aiming at the problem of system crash and reset during contact discharge of automatic transfer switch,a rectification measure of electrostatic discharge crash and reset is proposed,and a detailed theoretical analysis is made on the rectification measures.By constructing a low impedance path,the common mode current flowing through the reset main board is discharged through it,so as to reduce the impact of the common mode current on the reset main board CPU and make it meet the requirements of class A electrostatic discharge immunity.It provides a reference for solving the problem of crash and reset in electrostatic discharge test of floating products.
