河蟹生态育苗池水碳酸钙高度过饱和危害防控方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 碳酸钙快速沉积引起的水质突变是在中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)土池生态育苗生产过程中的一个普遍的危害现象,为了对这一现象进行有效的控制,本研究在实验室前期工作的基础上,对水质突变现象进行了3年的调查研究,得到了5个突变池塘的相关水质数据。以晶型CaCO_(3)·H_(2)O为标准,计算临界突变的饱和度指数的值在8.2~8.9之间,因此在生产过程中可将饱和度指数8定义为预警值。为了明确各水质因子对饱和度指数的影响,利用公式推导出pH、碱度、钙离子、盐度与饱和度指数的关系,其中pH是最重要的影响因素,也是在实际生产中变化最大的因素,本研究同时探讨了生产中防止碳酸钙快速沉积的方法并在实践中进行应用,取得了很好的效果。 The abrupt change of water quality caused by high supersaturation of calcium carbonate is a common harmful phenomenon in the ecological breeding ponds of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis).Based on the preliminary work of the laboratory,we conducted a three-year investigation and obtained the relevant water quality data of five mutation ponds.Taking the crystal CaCO_(3)·H_(2)O as the standard,the value of the saturation index is calculated to be between 8.2 and 8.9,so we can define the saturation index 8.0 as the warning value in the production process.In order to clarify the influence of each water quality factor on the saturation index,the relationship between pH,alkalinity,calcium ion,salinity and saturation index was deduced using formulas.Among them,pH is the most important influence factor,which is also the most variable factor in actual production.This article also discussed the methods to prevent the rapid deposition of CaCO_(3) in production and applied them in practice,and good results had been achieved.
