摘要
为满足大直径超深竖井快速安全施工的需求,结合当前竖井施工存在的技术问题,从设备选型、系统布置和安全措施三个角度对凿岩提升悬吊系统进行设计。本系统采用ⅤⅡ型凿井井架、超深竖井凿井提升机等新型设备,建立提升装置安全监控系统以实现大直径超深竖井快速安全施工的目标。结果表明,新型提升悬吊设备与安全监控系统配合使用,在三山岛金矿超深竖井施工中实现了井筒月进尺120 m的良好效果,提高了施工效率,保障了凿井安全,为超深竖井井筒施工提供了参考。
To meet the needs of rapid and safe construction of large-diameter ultra-deep shafts, combined with the technical problems existing in the current shaft construction, the rock drilling hoisting suspension system is designed from three aspects: equipment selection, hoisting system layout and hoisting safety measures.The system adopts ⅤⅡ type sinking headframe, ultra-deep shaft sinking hoists, and other new equipment, and establishes the safety monitoring system of the hoisting device to achieve the goal of rapid and safe construction of a large-diameter ultra-deep shaft.The result shows that the new hoisting and suspension equipment is used together with the safety monitoring system to achieve a good effect of 120 m monthly footage in the construction of ultra-deep shaft in Sanshandao gold mine, improve the construction efficiency, ensure the safety of the shaft sinking, and provide a reference for the construction of the ultra-deep shaft.
