摘要
成人需要终身学习已成为现代社会的共识。现代社会中时有表现的成人学习的功利化、被动式和两段式等异化现象,体现的是现代主义“线性”“系统”和“封闭”的学习观,在“高度现代化”的后现代主义时代,解构与超越成为社会生活的常态,成人学习也势必呈现出多元、开放的特点。持续不断地学习、终身学习将会伴随人们的一生,从而不断适应信息技术变革带来的知识爆炸以及不确定性,也让闲暇和碎片化时间得以被充分利用。因此,让学习融入成人的生活,并成为一种习惯,才能促进成人在快速多变的世界中更好地生存,才能切实促进学习型社会建设。
There is a consensus that adult people need lifelong learning in modern society. However, adult learning sometimes becomes utilitarian, passive instead of self-directed, and discontinuous, showing the linear, systematic and closed view of learning in Modernism. Today is a highly-modernized and post-modern era. Deconstruction and transcendence become social ordinary life,making adult learning more pluralistic and open. From this trend, continuous and lifelong learning will keep throughout our lives to help us adapt to the explosion of knowledge and the uncertainty brought about by the information technology transformation, letting people make full use of the leisure and fragmented time. Therefore, integrating learning into adult life and making a habit of it can help adults survive better in the fast-changing world as well as promote the construction of a learning society.
