产教融合背景下高职创新创业教育组织的运行机制与治理方略

Operation Mechanism and Governance:Innovative and Entrepreneurial Education Organizations of Vocational Colleges in the Context of the Industry-education Integration

创新创业教育组织是深化职业教育产教融合和促进学生就业创业的重要载体。基于产教融合背景,在结构化理论和功能主义理论视阈下,探究高职院校创新创业教育组织运行的内在逻辑,研究发现:高职创新创业教育组织运行是例行化行为与反思性调控交互作用的过程,物质资源和人力资源是组织运行的动力基础,创新创业教育政策、理念和文化是组织运行的关键因素,多维互动整合是组织运行及模式创新的重要途径。基于此,应充分激发高职创新创业教育组织内生动力,多元协同推进理论与实践双向融合,深化产教融合引导组织差异化发展。

Innovative and entrepreneurial education organizations are important carriers for the industry-education integration and students’ employment and entrepreneurship in vocational colleges. Facing the integration, this study is to explore these organizations’ internal operation logic based on the structural theory and the functionalist theory. It finds that these organizations’ operation is in the interaction process of routine behaviors and reflective regulation. During the process, material and human resources are the motivation, related education policies, concepts and culture are key operation factors, and the multi-dimensional interactive integration is the important way for organization operation and model innovation. Therefore, it is necessary to fully generate the endogenous forces of these organizations, promote the integration of theory and practice by multi-cooperation, and guide the organizations’ differentiated development by deepening the industry-education integration.
