Suggestions on strengthening urban water-saving management in Pingdu City

加强城市节约用水管理能力建设,对保障城市水安全具有重要意义。本文基于平度市水资源现状,针对加强城市节约用水管理能力建设,提出重视节水行政管理职能建设和政策施行、发挥市场和经济手段的调节作用、广泛开展节水宣传和节水载体建设、提升非常规水利用水平、加强节水财政资金投入等建议,可为类似城市节水工作提供参考和借鉴。

Strengthening the capacity construction of urban water-saving management is of great significance to ensure urban water security. Based on the present situation of water resources in Pingdu City,in order to strengthen the capacity construction of urban water-saving management,this paper puts forward such suggestions as attaching great importance to the construction of water-saving administrative functions and the implementation of policies,giving play to the regulating role of market and economic means,widely carrying out water-saving publicity and the construction of water-saving carriers,improving the utilization level of unconventional water and strengthening the financial investment of water-saving,which provides a reference for similar urban water-saving work.
