成都市城市发展与水资源利用关系分析

Analysis of the relationship between urban development and water resources utilization in Chengdu City

水资源是社会经济、城市发展的基础性资源,对城市发展与水资源利用关系进行研究十分必要。本文介绍了各地城市发展与水资源相互关系研究情况,并基于成都市历年国民经济发展与水资源利用等统计数据,系统分析了成都市人口、城镇化率、产业结构等城市发展指标与水资源利用指标的关系,建立了指标之间的函数量化模型,并进行了各类水资源利用预测,据此提出了相应的政策建议,以期为成都市的城市发展进行合理的水资源配置提供参考。

Since water resources are the basic resource of social economy and urban development,it is necessary to study the relationship between urban development and water resources utilization. This paper introduces the research situation about the relationship between urban development and water resources. Based on the statistical data of Chengdu’s national economic development and water resources utilization over the years,this paper systematically analyzes the relationship between urban development indexes,such as the population,urbanization rate and industrial structure of Chengdu City,and water resources utilization index,establishes the function quantization model between indexes,makes forecast of all kinds of water resources utilization and proposes corresponding policy suggestions accordingly,attempting to provide a reference for the rational allocation of water resources in the urban development of Chengdu City.
