上海生态文明城市建设中的治水历程

Water conservancy history of the construction of ecological civilization city in Shanghai

水在生态文明建设和人类文明发展中有着重要的地位,本文立足上海城市建设和水务工作,介绍了崇明生态岛建设、上海市雨水排水+海绵城市建设历程,从水源地、河湖水系、污水污泥治理3方面介绍了水务工作中的生态理念,梳理分析了近10年生态与治水的融合情况,绘制出“+生态”的治水工作轨迹,以期为其他城市生态发展建设提供借鉴。

Water has important position in the construction of ecological civilization as well as the development of human civilization. Based on the urban construction and water affair management in Shanghai,this paper introduces the construction history of Chongming Island,rainwater drainage and sponge city construction in Shanghai,illustrates the ecological concept in water affair management from such three aspects as water source,river and lake system and sewage sludge treatment,analyzes the integration of ecology and water conservancy in the past decade and draws the water conservancy track of“plus ecology”,attempting to provide a reference for the ecological development and construction of other cities.
