乡村振兴与新型职业农民教育保障问题研究

Research on Rural Revitalization and Education Guarantee for New-Type Professional Farmers

乡村振兴需要职业教育的支持。职业教育可以提升农村劳动者素质,促进新型职业农民职业化发展。现实中,由于职业教育边界效应降低、新型职业农民收入差距明显以及在阶层固化等研究方面的消极作用,新型职业农民在职业教育发展中缺少职业认同感,对于职业院校管理适应性较差、缺少适合的校企合作专业。通过创新人才培养理念、建立新型职业农民教育培训平台、强化产教深度融合、加强行业组织和社会机构的参与等方式为新型职业农民发展提供政策和技术保障。

Rural revitalization and development need the support of vocational education which can improve the quality of rural laborers and also promote professional of emerging professional farmers.But newly-developing farmers lack the professional identity because of the reduction of the vocational education’s boundary effect,the negative influence of class solidification’s research and the obvious income gap.Emerging professional farmers should be provided the guarantee of policy and technology by innovating the concept of cultivating talents,establishing a new vocational farmer education and training platform,strengthening the further integration of vocational education with industry and enhancing the participation of industry groups and social organizations,which aim to the bad management and adaptation of vocational college,and the lack of appropriate university-industry cooperation’s major.
