Analysis on the Reasons for the Development of Children's Education in the Han Dynasty

童蒙教育在汉代得到了迅速的发展。究其原因,一方面是因为汉初继承了秦代童蒙教育的政策与内容。另一方面,汉初推行宽松的文教政策,黄老之学盛行,德育教育受到重视,私学发展迅速,选官制度中关于“童子科”的设置及汉代教育家对于童蒙教育的重视,加上后来纸的发明为童蒙教育的发展提供了有利条件,这些都推动了汉代童蒙教育的发展。

Children's education developed rapidly in the Han Dynasty.One of the reason was that the policies and contents of children's education in the Qin dynasty was inherited,another reason was that the implement of the loose cultural and educational policies,the implement of the system of selecting officials,and educators attached importance to children's education.All of these promoted the development of children's education in the Han Dynasty.
