乡村振兴背景下陕西农村电商人才现状及培养研究

On the Current Situation and Training Path of Rural E-commerce Talents in Shaanxi under the Background of Rural Revitalization

人才是实现乡村振兴、推动农村电商产业高质量发展的重要引擎。本文在剖析陕西农村电商人才现状及存在问题的基础上,从创设政策支撑环境,搭建聚才育才新平台;创新基于“线上+线下”相结合的农村电商分层分类人才培训模式,提高培训的针对性和有效性;构建政-行-企-校多主体参与、多要素聚集的人才培养联合体,建立人才培养长效机制等方面,提出乡村振兴背景下陕西农村电商人才培养路径。

Talent is an important engine to achieve rural revitalization and promote the high-quality development of rural e-commerce industry.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural e-commerce talents in Shaanxi,this paper starts from creating a policy support environment and building a new platform for gathering and educating talents;Innovate the hierarchical and classified talent training mode of rural e-commerce based on the combination of"Online+offline"to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of training;Build a talent training consortium with multi-body participation and multi factor aggregation of government,industry,enterprise and school,establish a long-term mechanism for talent training,and put forward the training path of Shaanxi rural e-commerce talents under the background of Rural Revitalization..
