摘要
巴哈赛车后立柱作为赛车悬架系统重要的零件之一,轻量化程度越高,赛车获得的动态响应性和操控性越好。目前巴哈赛车后立柱的轻量化方法主要有合理选用新型材料和优化结构设计。基于3D打印技术的特点提出巴哈赛车后立柱的结构设计方案,通过SolidWorks软件建立了后立柱三维模型,使用ANSYS Workbench仿真软件对后立柱的强度、刚度进行静力学分析和拓扑优化,并验证优化后模型的合理性。采用3D打印技术制造后立柱,实现轻量化,为后续赛车零部件的加工制造提供了新途径。
The rear column of Baja racing car is one of the important parts of the suspension system of racing car,the higher its lightweight degree,the better the dynamic response and handling of the car.There are mainly two ways to lightweight the rear column of racing car:the use of new materials and structural optimization design.Based on the characteristics of 3D printing technology,this paper puts forward the structural design scheme of the rear column of Baja racing car,establishes the 3D model of the rear column by SolidWorks software,uses ANSYS Workbench software to carry out statics analysis and topology optimization of the strength and stiffness of the column,and verifies the rationality of the optimized model.3D printing technology is used to manufacture the rear column to achieve lightweight,which provides a new way for the subsequent processing and manufacturing of racing car parts.
