The article draws the 5th percentile and 95th percentile male human body accurate models based on the average height,weight,arm length and other posture characteristics of Chinese men and vehicle performance indicators.And through the actual working conditions of road spectrum acquisition,the load,operating conditions,operating habits of drivers,etc.,combined the guidance of laws and regulations,market demand,technology development trend,a vehicle performance index database and the subjective evaluation criteria suitable for human body and working conditions in China are established,which have more practical significance for product design.
