雷公藤的炮制研究进展

Research Pogress on the Processing of Tripterygium wilfordii

卫矛科植物雷公藤药用部位为根及根茎,性凉、味辛苦,有大毒,归肝、肾经,具祛风除湿,活血通络,消肿止痛,杀虫解毒的功效。临床常将雷公藤制剂用于自身免疫性疾病以及皮肤病,近年来也用于肿瘤的治疗,但其治疗所需量与中毒量相近,提取物中的生物碱类及二萜类等毒性成分所导致的毒副作用极大限制了雷公藤的临床应用,如何降低应用时的毒性是值得关注的问题。研究表明中药经炮制后能增强疗效,降低或减少不良反应,因而炮制被认为是缓解药物毒性的有效措施之一。我们就雷公藤炮制的炮制方法及炮制对其化学成分和药效影响的研究内容进行文献综述,总结雷公藤炮制研究现状,以期为雷公藤炮制研究提供参考。

The medicinal parts of Tripterygium wilfordii are roots and rhizomes.They are cool in nature,bitter in taste,and have great toxicity.They return to the liver and kidney channels.They have the effects of dispelling wind and dampness,activating blood and dredging collaterals,reducing swelling and pain,killing insects and detoxification.Preparation of T.wilfordii are often used clinically for autoimmune dis‑eases and skin diseases.In recent years,they have also been used for the treatment of tumors,but the amount required for treatment is similar to the amount of poisoning.It's extract contains toxic components such as alkaloids and diterpenoids,the resulting toxic and side effects greatly limit the clinical applica‑tion of T.wilfordii,and how to reduce the toxicity during application is a problem worthy of attention.Studies have shown that after processing,traditional Chinese medicine can enhance the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.Therefore,processing is considered to be one of the effective measures to allevi‑ate the toxicity of the drug.This study reviews the literature on the processing methods of T.wilfordii and the research content of its chemical composition and pharmacodynamic effects,summarizes the research status of T.wilfordii processing in order to provide reference for the research on the processing of T.wil⁃fordii.
