混合式叠合梁斜拉桥成桥索力分步优化与控制 被引量:2

摘要 为了能够准确且高效地确定混合式叠合梁斜拉桥的合理成桥状态以及在施工中达到较好的控制效果,在现有的恒载平衡法、影响矩阵法和自适应控制法的基础上,提出了一种混合式叠合梁斜拉桥成桥索力分步优化与控制的方法。首先,采用恒载平衡法初拟斜拉桥在恒载下的索力;其次,采用影响矩阵法对成桥索力进行调整;最后,在考虑恒载和活载的共同作用下,结合有限元软件的计算,确定一组满足混合式叠合梁斜拉桥各个构件受力要求的合理成桥索力,在施工控制中通过提前修正材料参数和调整施工索力来修正施工误差。实桥应用结果表明:该方法计算准确,索力调控效率及精度较高,确保成桥之后桥梁结构的索力和主梁线形与设计期望较好地吻合。 To determine the reasonable status of a completed composite beam cable-stayed bridge accurately and efficiently and to achieve a better control effect during construction,a method for optimizing and controlling the cable force of composite beam cable-stayed bridges in steps is proposed based on the existing constant load equilibrium method,influence matrix method and adaptive control method.In other words,the constant load equilibrium method is first used to estimate the constant load cable force of cable-stayed bridges preliminarily.The cable force is then adjusted according to the influence matrix method.Finally,by considering the joint action of constant load and live load,the finite element software is adopted to determine the reasonable cable force to meet the force requirements of each member in composite beam cable-stayed bridges.The construction error is corrected by pre-revising the material parameters and adjusting the cable forces.The results of bridge application show that the method is accurate in calculation and the efficiency and accuracy of the cable force control is high,ensuring that the cable force and alignment of the bridge structure after the bridge is completed are in good agreement with the design expectations.
