摘要 针对传统交流电机控制开发存在开发过程孤立,当人工编写软件规模较大、复杂程度较高的代码时存在要求高、难度大和效率低等问题,研制了一种基于模型设计(Model-based design,MBD)的STM32实验开发平台。以Matlab/Simulink为软件平台,利用STM32-MAT与Matlab embedded coder等工具,首先,对控制模型进行包括软件在环、处理器在环等多种方式的在环测试;其次,将控制模型生成为符合设计要求的STM32工程文件,通过Keil编译并下载进STM32中;最后,验证该工程在实际环境中运行的可行性。通过结合永磁同步电机的矢量控制算法模型验证了Matlab/Simulink和STM32-MAT结合的工程设计方式能够在满足项目开发需求的同时,提高了开发效率,避免了传统人工编写代码带来的不规范、效率低和周期长等问题,增强了开发过程的关联性。 In order to solve the problems of isolated process in the traditional development of alternating current(AC)motor control,disunity of project files caused by different understanding of requirements and technical specifications,difficulty and low efficiency in the development of large and complex engineering projects,a STM32 development platform based on model-based design(MBD)is developed.Firstly,on Matlab/Simulink,STM32-MAT and Matlab embedded coder and other tools are used to test the control model,including software in-the-loop(SIL)and processor in-the-loop(PIL).Secondly,the Simulink model is generated into a STM32 project file that meets the design requirements,which is compiled and downloaded into STM32 through Keil.Finally,the feasibility of running the project in the actual environment is verified.The vector control algorithm model of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is used to verify that the project design method combined with Matlab/Simulink and STM32-MAT can not only meet the requirements of project development,but also improve the development efficiency.It can avoid the problems of non-standard,low efficiency and long cycle caused by traditional manual coding,and enhance the correlation of the development process.
