摘要 基于液相色谱-串联质谱建立了一种食品中苯嘧磺草胺残留定量分析方法。样品经乙腈超声提取、固相萃取柱净化、氮吹浓缩后结合液相色谱-串联质谱实现其定量检测。结果表明:在0.01~10.0 mg/kg范围内苯嘧磺草胺线性关系良好,y=24.136 1x-16.038 5(r=0.999 6),检出限为0.002 mg/kg,定量限为0.006 mg/kg。方法稳定性较好,精密度高,检出限满足GB 2763—2021中苯嘧磺草胺的限值要求,能够为苯嘧磺草胺的监管和监测提供技术支撑。 This study established a quantitative analysis method of saflufenacil residue in food using HPLC-MS/MS.The food samples wereperformed ultrasonic-assisted extraction with acetonitrile,purified by SPE column,concentrated by nitogen blowing,and quantitatively detectedby HPLC-MS/MS.The result showed that saflufenacil presented a good linear relationship in the range of 0.01-10 mg/kg,fitting the equationof y=24.136 1x-16.038 5 (r=0.999 6).The LOD was 0.002 mg/kg and LOQ 0.006 mg/kg,meeting the limit requirements in GB 2763—2021.This method is of good stability and high accuracy,which can provide technical support for the supervision and monitoring of saflufenacil.
