HPLC-MS/MS测定猪尿中莱克多巴胺药物残留的不确定度评价

摘要 使用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)对猪尿中莱克多巴胺的测定进行不确定度分析,建立数学模型,探究影响测量结果的各种因素,对每个不确定度分量进行评估及计算。结果表明:当猪尿中莱克多巴胺含量测定结果为1.015 mg/L时,其扩展不确定度为0.031 2 mg/L(k=2),其中,引入不确定度主要的影响因素是标准品配制及稀释、重复性操作及试样体积量取。在实际的检测中,应该严格控制实验条件,保证移取标准品配制的准确性,重复性操作及体积量取的规范性,以得到准确、可靠的测量结果。 The uncertainty in the determination of ractopamine in pig urine by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was analyzed.A mathematical model was established to explore the factors affecting the measurement results,and each uncertainty component was evaluated and calculated.The results showed that when the determination result of ractopamine in pig urine was 1.015 mg/L,the expanded uncertainty was 0.031 2 mg/L (k=2).The main factors affecting the introduction of uncertainty were standard preparation and dilution,repetitive operation and sample volume measurement.In the actual testing,experimental conditions should be strictly controlled to ensure the accuracy of standard preparation,and the standardization of repetitive operation and volume measurement,so as to obtain accurate and reliable measurement results.
