洞庭湖区芦苇产业转型升级现状、问题与建议

The Status Quo,Problems and Suggestions on Transformation and Upgrading of Reed Industry in Dongting Lake Area

从洞庭湖区生态环境保护的角度出发,阐述了芦苇产业转型升级的必要性,并从洞庭湖区芦苇资源丰富、科研机构与创新资源集聚、产业技术创新成效初显、新型替代产业出具规模4个方面总结了洞庭湖区发展芦苇产业的优势,分析了当前芦苇产业转型面临的问题,提出了强化顶层设计、加强芦苇综合利用、加大平台支撑与产学研合作、培育大企业大品牌、强化芦苇资源保护与政策支撑的建议。

From the perspective of ecological environment protection for Dongting Lake area,this paper elaborates the necessarity of reed industry transforming and upgrading.At the same time,it summarizes four advantages of developing reed industry in Dongting Lake area:rich reed resources,concentrated scientific research institutions and innovative resources,industrial technology innovation currently achieving a good return,and new alternative industries emerging.But some problems are also existing in the reed industry transformation.Thereby it proposes to strengthen the top-level design,enhance the comprehensive utilization of reeds,increase platform support and industry-university-research cooperation,cultivate large enterprises and big brands,and strengthen the protection of reed resources and policy support.
