Evolution Analysis of User Knowledge Collaborative Innovation Network in Open Innovation Community

[目的/意义]基于复杂网络视角构建协同创新模型,探索开放式创新社区用户知识协同创新网络演化逻辑。[方法/过程]以“花粉俱乐部”社区为实例,应用Ucinet和KH Coder对用户知识协同创新过程进行可视化分析,探索创新网络演化中的用户结构特征、知识共现规律和用户知识协同进化机理。[结果/结论]开放式创新社区知识创新是用户价值共创行为中不断推进知识进化的过程,其中内外部用户通过协同交互完成知识共享、知识资源在积累和创新中实现融合再造;企业应设计合理激励机制实现用户引导、基于相关主题与用户深度交互、利用知识创新内容优化产品设计,有效提高产品运营效果。

[Purpose/Significance]Build a collaborative innovation model based on the perspective of complex network, and explore the evolution logic of user knowledge collaborative innovation network in open innovation community.[Method/Process]Taking‘pollen club’community as an example, Ucinet and KH Coder are used to visualize the process of user knowledge collaborative innovation, and explore the structural characteristics, knowledge co-occurrence law and user knowledge co-evolution mechanism in the evolution of innovation network.[Result/Conclusion]Knowledge innovation in open innovation community is a process of continuously promoting knowledge evolution in the behavior of user value co-creation.Among the process, internal and external users share knowledge through collaborative interaction, knowledge resources are integrated and reengineered in accumulation and innovation.Enterprises should design reasonable incentive mechanisms to realize user guidance, deeply interact with users based on relevant topics, optimize product design by using knowledge innovation content, and effectively improve product operation effect.
