摘要
鉴于预应力张拉顺序和过程对结构应力场的影响研究较少的问题,以南水北调某大型倒虹吸结构为例,采用数值分析方法模拟了倒虹吸结构的混凝土浇筑及预应力钢筋张拉过程,分析了倒虹吸结构应力场分布的变化,指出施工中由于预应力张拉过程和顺序对结构的影响不容忽略,必须在设计阶段和施工组织时重视。进而提出了以减少结构在张拉过程中出现过大拉应力为目标的合理张拉施工顺序。研究成果可为施工组织设计提供依据。
At present,the research about the influence of prestressed tension sequence and procedure on distribution of structure stress field is relatively deficient.Taking a certain inverted siphon of South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example,the process of concrete pouring and prestressed tension of the inverted siphon structure were simulated using the numerical analysis method.The change of distribution of structure’s stress field was analyzed.It is pointed out that the structure’s probability of failure which caused by the process of prestressing and tension sequence should not be neglected.And then proper tension sequence was confirmed based on the principle that reducing large value of tensile stress in the structure.The results could provide the basis for organization design of construction.
