非线性弹性单盘转子系统稳定性分析

摘要 以转子动力学和非线性动力学理论为基础,针对非线性转子-轴承系统的具体特点,建立了采用Capone短轴承非线性油膜力模型的弹性转子系统模型,并用庞加莱映射方法,得到系统在参数域中的分岔图、轴心轨迹图、Poin⁃care映射图、时间历程图和频谱图,从而得出分岔失稳转速随偏心量、轴承间隙、润滑油黏度3个参数的变化规律。研究结果可为该类转子-轴承系统的设计和安全运行提供参考。 Based on rotor dynamics and nonlinear dynamics theory,aiming at the characteristics of nonlin⁃ear rotor bearing system,the Capone short bearing nonlinear oil film force model of elastic rotor bearing sys⁃tem model was established,and the Poincare mapping method was applied to obtain the bifurcation dia⁃gram,axis path map,Poincare map,time history diagram and the spectrum diagram of system in the parame⁃ter domain.Thus,the variation rule of bifurcation instability speed with eccentricity,bearing clearance and lubricating viscosity was obtained.The results can provide reference for the design and safe operation of the rotor bearing system.
