“一带一路”沿线国家的技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易的影响

The Impact of Technical Barriers to Trade in Countries along the“Belt and Road”on China’s Export Trade

我国提出“一带一路”倡议以来,随着国际贸易合作的深入,“一带一路”沿线国家技术性贸易壁垒通报数逐年增加,在一定程度上影响了我国与沿线国家之间的贸易互通。本文首先阐述技术性贸易壁垒的理论,其次对近六年“一带一路”沿线国家的TBT通报数据进行梳理,最后,分析其对我国与沿线国家贸易关系产生的影响。基于此,本文提出只有充分认识到技术性贸易壁垒对我国出口贸易正面的促进作用和负面的阻碍作用,才能更好地促进与“一带一路”沿线国家的多边共赢。

Since China proposed the“Belt and Road”initiative,with the deepening of international trade cooperation,the number of notifi cations of technical barriers to trade(TBT)in countries along the“Belt and Road”has increased year by year,which has aff ected trade exchanges between China and countries along the“Belt and Road”to a certain extent.This article fi rst expounds on the theory of technical barriers to trade,then sorts out the TBT notifi cation data of countries along the“Belt and Road”in the recent six years,and fi nally analyzes its impact on the trade relations between China and countries along the“Belt and Road”.Based on this,this paper proposes that our country must fully recognize the positive role of promotion and the negative role of hindering from the TBT in China’s export trade to better promote the multilateral win-win situation with the countries along the“Belt and Road”.
