财富增长视角下低收入群体实现消费升级的影响因素分析--基于中部五市的调研

Analysis of the Factors Infl uencing the Consumption Upgrading of Low-income Groups from the Perspective of Wealth Growth--Based on the Research on Five Central Cities

“十四五”规划重点提出:要畅通国内大循环,促进国内国际双循环,全面促进消费,其中财富是促进居民消费的一个重要推动力。本文根据对中部五市实地问卷调查所得的数据,构建结构方程模型(SEM),从家庭支出负担、收入状况、理财能力、就业质量四个方面分析低收入群体收入增加与负担增加和财富增长之间的关系。结果显示:家庭支出负担对财富增长具有反向作用;收入状况、理财能力、就业质量对财富增长具有正向作用,就业质量对收入状况具有正向作用。根据实证分析的结果总结出低收入群体财富增长缓慢的原因,并结合当前实际,以实现消费升级助推国内大循环为最终目标提出相关的政策建议。

In the“14th Five-Year Plan”,it is proposed to smooth domestic circulation,promote domestic and international circulation,and comprehensively promote consumption,among which wealth is an important driving force to promote residents’consumption.In this paper,based on the data obtained from a fi eld survey in fi ve central cities,a structural equation model(SEM)is constructed to analyze the relationship between the income increase,burden increase and wealth growth of low-income groups in four aspects,including household expenditure burden,income status,fi nancial management ability,and employment quality.Household expenditure burden has an inverse eff ect on wealth growth;income status,fi nancial management ability and employment quality have a positive eff ect on wealth growth,and employment quality has a positive eff ect on income growth.Based on the results of the empirical analysis,we conclude the reasons for the slow wealth growth of the low-income groups and put forward relevant policy suggestions with the ultimate goal of achieving consumption upgrading and thus promoting domestic circulation based on reality.
