Research on the Business Development of Equity Investment Funds of Chinese Central State-owned Enterprises

本文结合国有资本投资公司试点企业基金业务典型做法和经验,分析总结当前央企基金业务发展存在产融结合深度不够、发展定位尚不明确、核心能力亟待提高、管理机制有待完善等短板,提出:央企要立足“产业+金融”,大力发展基金业务;明确战略定位,实现“三步走”发展目标;结合发展实际,探索“募投管退”特色模式;突出改革创新,建立科学高效的管理机制等建议。

In this paper,based on the typical practices and experience of fund business of the pilot enterprises of state-owned capital investment companies,we analyze and summarize the shortcomings of the current development of fund business of Chinese central state-owned enterprises,such as insuffi cient depth of integration between industry and fi nance,unclear development positioning,core capacity to be improved and management mechanism to be perfected.The Chinese central state-owned enterprises should be based on“industry plus fi nance”and vigorously develop fund business;clarify strategic positioning and realize the development goal of“three steps”;explore the characteristic models of“fundraising,fund investment,post-investment management,and capital retreat”by combining with the actual development;highlight reform and innovation,and establish scientifi c and effi cient management mechanism,etc.
