推进农民农村共同富裕的实施路径探析——以苏北某镇为例

Exploring the Implementation Paths of Promoting the Common Prosperity of Rural Farmers--Taking A Town in the Northern Jiangsu Region as an Example

共同富裕思想是马克思、恩格斯对未来社会的科学设想。在全面建成小康之际,以习近平同志为核心的党中央深刻把握我国经济社会发展的新变化,把逐步实现全体人民共同富裕放在更突出的位置。本文沿着共同富裕思想的发展脉络,以乡镇工作为视角,并结合对农民农村的调查实际,针对农民农村共同富裕道路上存在的问题,从农村基础设施改善、乡镇企业发展、乡村人才培育、农民收入提高、公共服务保障、党的全面领导等方面来分析推进农民农村实现共同富裕的实施路径。

The idea of common prosperity is the scientifi c vision of Marx and Engels for the future of society.At the time of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,profoundly grasped the new changes in China’s economic and social development and put the gradual realization of common prosperity for all people in a more prominent position.This paper follows the development paths of common prosperity,takes the perspective of township work,combines the investigation of farmers and rural areas,focuses on the problems on the road to common prosperity of farmers and rural areas,and analyzes the implementation paths of promoting common prosperity of farmers and rural areas from the aspects of improving rural infrastructure,developing township enterprises,cultivating rural talents,improving farmers’income,guaranteeing public services,and the overall leadership of the Party.
