日粮添加不同水平玉米DDGS对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、瘤胃发酵参数的影响 被引量:5

Effects of dietary supplementation with different levels of corn DDGS on growth performance,slaughter performance,rumen fermentation parameters and of mutton sheep

摘要 文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平玉米DDGS对肉羊生长性能、屠宰性能、瘤胃发酵参数及经济效益的影响。试验共分为4组,4种日粮分别添加0%、5%、10%、15%玉米DDGS。将体重一致的20头肉羊随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复1头肉羊,试验为20周。结果 :随着日粮玉米DDGS添加水平的升高,肉羊末体重、日增重、全期增重逐渐升高,料重比显著下降(P <0.05),但肉羊采食量无显著变化(P> 0.05)。与玉米DDGS添加量0%组相比,10%组和15%组中肉羊瘤胃乙酸含量显著升高(P <0.05),但肉羊瘤胃发酵指标pH、丙酸、丁酸、乙酸/丙酸无显著变化(P> 0.05)。此外,日粮中添加玉米DDGS也有助于提高肉羊胴体重量、净肉重、活体净肉率、屠宰率等屠宰性能(P <0.05)但对胴体净肉率未产生显著影响(P> 0.05)。日粮添加玉米DDGS降低了饲料成本和肉羊增重成本,并且增加了增重效益、整体总盈利等,使饲养肉羊的经济效益得到提高。结论 :日粮中添加玉米DDGS有助于提高育肥肉羊的日增重、全期增重、料重比等生长性能,提高了胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、活体净肉率等屠宰性能,同时提高了经济效益,且综合比较发现,15%为比较适宜的添加量。 The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of dietary supplementation of different levels of corn DDGS on growth performance,slaughter performance,rumen fermentation parameters and economic benefits of mutton sheep. The experiment was divided into 4 groups of diets,including diets supplemented with 0%,5%,10%,and 15% corn DDGS. Twenty mutton sheep with the same weight were randomly divided into 4 groups,each group had 5 replicates,and each replicate had 1mutton sheep,and the feeding cycle was 20 weeks. Results :With the increase of corn DDGS supplementation level in the diet,the end body weight,daily gain and whole-term weight gain of mutton sheep gradually increased and the feed-to-weight ratio also decreased significantly(P < 0.05),but there was no significant change in the feed intake of mutton sheep(P > 0.05).Compared with the 0% corn DDGS addition group,the content of acetic acid in the rumen of mutton sheep in the 10% group and 15% group was significantly increased(P < 0.05),there were no significant changes in the rumen fermentation indexes such as pH,propionic acid,butyric acid,and acetic acid/propionic acid(P > 0.05). In addition,the addition of corn DDGS in the diet also helped to improve the slaughter performance such as carcass weight,net meat weight,live net meat rate,and slaughter rate(P < 0.05),but had no significant effect on the carcass net meat rate(P > 0.05).. The addition of corn DDGS to the diet reduces the cost of feed and the cost of mutton sheep weight gain,and increases the weight gain benefit and the overall total profit,which improves the economic benefits of raising mutton sheep. Conclusions :Adding corn DDGS in the diet can improve the growth performance of fattening mutton sheep,such as daily gain,whole period gain and feed to gain ratio,improve the dressing performance of carcass weight,dressing percentage,net meat weight and net meat percentage in living body,and improve the economic benefits. 15% of DDGS is the appropriate supplemental amount.
