摘要
植物多酚是自然界广泛存在的植物次生代谢物,具有较高的生物活性及应用价值。本文主要从植物多酚对反刍家畜生产性能、消化代谢与生化过程、瘤胃和肠道微生物的影响方面综述了国内外研究进展,以期为利用植物多酚提高反刍动物的生产性能提供参考。
Plant polyphenols are plant secondary metabolites and commonly existing in nature,which have high biological activity and application value.Based on an overall review on the research and development of plant polyphenols,the objective of this review is to explain how plant polyphenols affect the growth performance,metabolic and biochemical processes,rumen and gut microbes of ruminants.Consequently,it may provide theoretical basis for using plant polyphenols as animal feed additive to enhance the production performance of ruminants.
