药物驱虫对于伊犁马血清中抗氧化能力指标的影响

摘要 血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、丙二醛(MDA)的含量、OH自由基(·OH)清除力、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、一氧化氮(NO)含量和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量是评价机体抗氧化能力的重要指标。本研究对健康伊犁马及感染寄生虫伊犁马驱虫保健前后血清中上述指标进行了测定。结果表明:对照II组(未驱虫感染组)与对照I组(健康组)相比,血清中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、CAT活性、·OH清除力、T-AOC活性、NO含量和NOS含量都出现了下降,分别比对照I组降低21.19%(P<0.01)、3.37%(P>0.05)、2.53%(P>0.05)、2.39%(P>0.05)、14.17%(P>0.05)、30.19%(P<0.05)和14.75%(P<0.05);然而MDA含量却呈现上升趋势,比对照I组提升89.66%(P>0.05)。药物驱虫保健后伊犁马血清中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、NOS含量和MDA含量较对照II组都出现了下降,然而,CAT活性、·OH清除力、T-AOC活性和NO含量却出现了上升。药物驱虫保健后伊犁马血清中SOD活性、GSH-Px活性、NOS含量较对照I组都出现了下降,·OH清除力呈显著性上升。综上,感染寄生虫的伊犁马抗氧化指标值较未感染的明显降低(MDA升高),存在明显脂质过氧化损伤情况,驱虫后伊犁马抗氧化水平得以部分恢复,因此,适时科学驱虫是保障伊犁马健康的重要举措。 Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,OH radical(·OH)scavenging power,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),the content of nitric oxide(NO)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS)are important indexes to evaluate the antioxidant capacity of the organism.In this study,the above indexes in serum of healthy Yili horse and infected Yili horse before and after anthelmintic health care were determined.The results showed that the serum SOD activity,GSH-Px activity,CAT activity and·OH scavenging power,T-AOC activity,NO content and NOS content of control group II were decreased by 21.19%(P<0.01),3.37%(P>0.05),2.53%(P>0.05),2.39%(P>0.05),14.17%(P>0.05),30.19%(P<0.05)and 14.75%(P<0.05)respectively compared with control group I.However,the content of MDA showed an upward trend,which was 89.66%higher than that in control group I(P>0.05).After anthelmintic treatment,SOD activity,GSH-Px activity,NOS content and MDA content in the serum of Yili horse were decreased compared with control group II.However,CAT activity and·OH scavenging power,T-AOC activity and NO content were increased.The activity of SOD,GSH-Px and the content of NOS in the serum of Yili horse were decreased compared with the control group I.·OH clearance was increased significantly.The above results suggested that the oxidative stress capacity of infected Yili horse was significantly lower than that of uninfected Yili horse,and there was significant lipid peroxidation damage.After deworming,the antioxidant level of Yili horse partially recovered.Therefore,timely and appropriate scientific deworming was an important measure to protect the healthy of Yili horse.
