摘要
在我国限锌大背景下,寻找一种高效能、低污染的氧化锌替代品成为目前亟待解决的问题。包被氧化锌可利用包被技术避免氧化锌和胃酸反应,保证氧化锌在肠道中定点释放,有效减少氧化锌损失,提高氧化锌在肠道内的利用效率,同时也能降低环境重金属污染。本文对包被氧化锌的特点、生物学功能及其在断奶仔猪生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为包被氧化锌的研究与开发提供理论参考。
Under the background of zinc restriction in China,it has become an urgent problem to find a zinc oxide substitute with high efficiency and low pollution.Coated zinc oxide uses encapsulation technology to avoid the reaction between zinc oxide and gastric acid,ensuring the targeted release of zinc oxide in the intestine,effectively reducing the loss of zinc oxide and improving the efficiency of zinc oxide utilization in the intestine.In this paper,the characteristics,biological functions and application of coated zinc oxide in weaned piglets were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical reference for the research and development of coated zinc oxide.
