摘要
抗菌肽以优良的抗菌活性、特殊的抗菌机制、耐药性极低等优点被誉为最优质的抗生素替代品之一。本文从抗菌肽的概念和类别及应用出发,介绍了抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和抗氧化功能的具体影响及其作用机制,并指出了抗菌肽现存的问题和解决方法,以期为抗菌肽成为替抗产品在断奶仔猪生产实践中的科学应用提供依据。
Antibacterial peptides are regarded as one of the best antibiotic substitutes with excellent antibacterial activity,special antibacterial mechanism and very low resistance.Based on the concept,category and application of antimicrobial peptides,this paper introduced the specific effects of antibacterial peptides on the growth performance,immune function and antioxidant function of weaning piglets and their mechanism of action,and pointed out the existing problems and solutions of antimicrobial peptides,with a view to providing a basis for the scientific application of antimicrobial peptides in the production practice of weaning piglets.
