以某医院后勤动力设备维修管理为切入点,提出以后勤智能化平台建设、后勤绩效考核体系构建以及动力维修团队建设为基础的医院后勤动力维修管理优化措施,切实提升了医院后勤动力设备维修质量,为医院智慧化发展打下了良好的后勤保障基础。
Taking the maintenance management of logistics power equipment in a hospital as the breakthrough point, it proposes the optimization measures of hospital logistics power maintenance management based on the construction of logistics intelligent platform, the construction of logistics performance evaluation system and the construction of power maintenance team, which effectively improves the hospital logistics power equipment and lays a good logistical support foundation for the intelligent development of hospital.
