摘要
基于司马矿1116南运巷掘进期间复合顶板倾角变化大、顶板离层现象严重、顶板局部出现破碎垮落等现象,分析了复合顶板破碎机理,根据掘进现状对破碎区顶板提出了“注浆锚索+梯形棚”联合支护技术。实际应用效果表明:采取联合支护技术后提高了复合顶板整体稳定性,顶板破碎、冒漏现象得到了有效控制,顶板下沉量控制在0.15 m以下。
Based on the phenomena such as the great change of the inclination angle of the composite roof,the serious separation of the roof and the local breaking and collapse of the roof during the driving period of the No.1116 south transportation roadway in Sima Coal Mine,the crushing mechanism of the composite roof is analyzed.According to the present situation of driving,the combined support technology of"grouting anchor cable+trapezoidal shed"is put forward.The practical application results show that after adopting the combined support technology,the overall stability of the composite roof is improved,the phenomenon of roof fragmentation and leakage is effectively controlled,and the roof subsidence is controlled below 0.15 m.
