摘要
针对掘进巷道过顶部空巷冒顶问题,设计了分层全部充填方案,下分层采用低强度充填体,上分层采用高强度充填体,并对冒落矸石区域进行了预注浆加固。结果表明:高水充填材料具备速凝早强特性,空顶区完全充满填实,掘进工作面安全快速通过充填区域和冒落矸石注浆区域,未发生冒顶现象,充填区域顶板在6个月内未发生明显下沉。
Aiming at the problem of roof fall of driving roadway passing through the top empty roadway,a stratified full filling scheme is designed,with low strength filling body in the lower layer and high strength filling body in the upper layer,and pre-grouting reinforcement is carried out in the falling gangue area.The results show that the high water filling material has the characteristics of rapid setting and early strength,the empty roof area is completely full of filling,the driving working face passes safely and quickly through the filling area and the caving gangue grouting area,the roof caving phenomenon does not occur.The roof of the filling area did not sink obviously within 6 months.
