超大体积底板空巷地面制浆充填技术研究

Study on Ground Pulping and Filling Technology of Floor Empty Roadway with Super Large Volume

针对盈盛煤业超大体积底板空巷充填,设计了地面制浆充填系统,设计能力60 m^(3)/h,设备系统由储料仓、上料系统、称重装置、高速搅拌装置、储浆装置组成,自动控制系统实时监测和过程控制。效果表明,地面制浆充填系统平均充填能力255 m^(3)/d,是井下泵站充填方式的10倍以上,取样检测发现浆液质量浓度和固化后的充填体强度均匀稳定。

Aiming at the filling of floor empty roadway with super large volume in Yingsheng Coal Industry,a ground slurry filling system is designed,with a design capacity of 60 m^(3)/h.The equipment system is composed of silo,feeding system,weighing device,high-speed mixing device and slurry storage device,automatic control system real-time monitoring and process control.The results show that the average filling capacity of the surface pulping and filling system is 255 m^(3)/d,which is more than 10 times that of the filling mode of the underground pumping station.The sampling test shows that the mass concentration of slurry and the strength of the solidified filling body are uniform and stable.
