雪坪煤矿10-207综放工作面自然发火防治技术

摘要 为有效防止10-207综放工作面采空区自然发火,根据工作面开采实际,提出采用喷洒阻化剂+注氮+黄泥灌浆综合防火技术,研究确定工作面阻燃剂喷洒量、采空区注氮时机、流量、黄泥灌注方式等。喷洒阻化剂、采空区注氮可有效抑制遗煤的氧化升温反应,黄泥灌浆具有良好的封闭效果,综合防灭火措施在现场的落实能够有效防止采空区自然发火,保障工作面的安全生产。 In order to effectively prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf area of the 10-207 fully mechanized top coal caving face,according to the mining practice of the working face,the comprehensive fire prevention technology of spraying inhibitor+nitrogen injection+yellow mud grouting is put forward.Study and determine the amount of flame retardant spraying in the working face,the timing of nitrogen injection in the goaf area,the flow rate,the filling mode of yellow mud and so on.Spraying inhibitor and nitrogen injection in the goaf area can effectively restrain the oxidation and heating reaction of residual coal,yellow mud grouting has a good sealing effect,and the implementation of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures in the site can effectively prevent spontaneous combustion in the goaf area and ensure the safe production of the working face.
