摘要 为了解决通风系统普遍存在运行效率低、监控难度大、维护难保证等问题,在MCGS组态软件系统的基础上开发了一款通风系统的安全监控系统,通过无线传感器来获取井下实时数据信息,上传至PLC端口,进行数据处理,将处理好的数据实时上传至井上的监控PC端,根据数据分析实时监控各关键组件的运行状态,第一时间处理异常情况,保障井下开采环境安全,同时节约维护费用。 In order to solve the problems of low operation efficiency,difficult monitoring and difficult to guarante maintenance of ventilation system,a safety monitoring system of ventilation system is developed on the basis of MCGS configuration software system.The real-time data information of underground is obtained by wireless sensor,uploaded to PLC port for data processing,and the processed data is uploaded to the monitoring PC of the mine in real time.Real-time monitor the operation status of the key components according to the data analysis,deal with the abnormal situation at the first time,ensure the safety of underground mining environment,and save the maintenance cost at the same time.
