工作面刮板输送机与采煤机协同调速技术的实践 被引量:2

摘要 针对高煤公司31112工作面开采设备运行存在速度调节滞后、设备运行能耗高、设备运行智能化程度低的问题,在对采煤机、刮板输送机载荷分析的基础上,应用变频器对采煤机和刮板输送机的行进速度进行智能化调节的协同调速技术方案。现场实践应用效果理想,该技术方案可提高设备开机率,同时每个圆班可多生产煤炭约720 t,月节省电费约5万元,经济效益显著。 In view of the problems of lagging speed adjustment,high energy consumption and low intelligence in the operation of mining equipment in the 31112 working face of Gaozhaung Coal Company,based on the load analysis of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor,the frequency converter is applied to intelligently adjust the traveling speed of coal mining machine and scraper conveyor.The effect of field application is ideal,the technical scheme can improve the operating rate of the equipment,at the same time,each round shift can produce about 720 tons more coal,save about 50,000 yuan in electricity cost per month,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
