摘要
霍州煤电集团汾源煤业井下副斜井原通风设计设置有一组二道铁质风门,车辆行进时常发生风门碰撞事故,安全性较差。针对副斜井原风门的安全问题,设计了一套基于激光感应全自动风门,并在副斜井中进行改造应用。实践应用效果表明:该激光感应全自动风门整体运行正常,可实现副斜井风门自动化启闭,保障车辆正常安全通行。
The original ventilation design of the underground auxiliary inclined shaft of Fenyuan Coal Industry of Huozhou Coal and Power Group is equipped with a group of two iron air doors,and the air door collision accidents often occur when the vehicles are moving,so the safety is poor.Aiming at the safety problem of the original throttle of the auxiliary inclined shaft,a set of automatic throttle based on laser induction is designed,and it is reformed and applied in auxiliary inclined shaft.The practical application results show that the whole operation of the laser induction automatic throttle is normal,the automatic opening and closing of the auxiliary inclined shaft throttle can be realized,the normal and safe passage of vehicles can be ensured.
