摘要
阳煤集团二矿选煤厂加压过滤机生产中滤饼厚度薄、不易脱饼,设备排料周期延长,加压过滤机处理量不高,影响原煤的入选量。针对这一情况,在对过滤机处理量要因分析基础上,进行加压过滤机最佳工作参数实验、100目新型滤布的选定、入料掺粗工艺改造工作。实践应用效果理想,单台加压过滤机处理能力提高到25.04 t/h,原煤小时入选量提高到870 t/h。
In the production of pressure filter in the No.2 Coal Preparation Plant of Yang Coal Group,the thickness of filter cake is thin,it is not easy to remove cake,the discharge period of equipment is prolonged,and the handling capacity of pressure filter is not high,which affects the amount of raw coal.In view of this situation,based on the analysis of the handling capacity of the filter,the experiment of the optimum working parameters of the pressure filter,the selection of a new 100-mesh filter cloth and the transformation of the coarse feeding process were carried out.The effect of practical application is ideal.The treatment capacity of a single pressure filter is increased to 25.04 t/h,and the hourly coal intake is increased to 870 t/h.
