摘要
对于兼具攻关试验功能和生产经营管理提升任务的新建产线来说,在关键工艺技术和大型成套装备技术攻关进入深水区、提升经营管理水平的客观需求日益增强的形势下,探索出一条既能高效推进产线攻关工作又能不断完善经营管理机制的新管理方法显得尤为重要。对照建设最优产线要求,形成了“量化”、“体系化”管理专项工作指标的工作思路,关键技术经济指标优化、装备保障提升、职工素养改善等工作进步明显,生产成本显著降低,合规运营管理体系进一步完善,最优产线的基础得到夯实。
For the newly-built production line with both the function of tackling key problems and the task of improving production and operation management, it is particularly important to explore a new management method that can not only effectively promote the tecknical breakthrough but also continuously improve the operation and management mechanism under the situation that the key process technology and large-scale complete equipment technology enter the deep water area and the objective demand for improving the operation and management level is increasing. According to the requirements of the construction of the optimal production line, the working idea of "quantification" and "systematization" management of special operation indicators has been formed.The optimization of key technical and economic indices, the improvement of equipment support, the improvement of staff quality and other work have made significant progress, the production cost has been significantly reduced,the compliance operation management system has been further improved, and the foundation of the optimal production line has been consolidated.
