According to the requirements of the construction of the optimal production line, the working idea of "quantification" and "systematization" management of special operation indicators has been formed.The optimization of key technical and economic indices, the improvement of equipment support, the improvement of staff quality and other work have made significant progress, the production cost has been significantly reduced,the compliance operation management system has been further improved, and the foundation of the optimal production line has been consolidated.
