摘要
用于制造蒸汽分汽缸的珠光体耐热钢板12Cr1MoVR服役于高温应力和冲击载荷环境中,易引起脆化动态断裂,危及分汽缸的安全和可靠性;因此开发具有优异韧性的12Cr1MoVR钢板,对于钢板的有效利用,提高蒸汽分汽缸的生产制造质量,提高锅炉运行的安全性和可靠性,具有很强的工程背景和重要的现实意义。本文调整化学成分、优化轧制工艺及匹配合适的热处理工艺开发具有心部力学性能均匀、稳定,冲击温度到-20℃时冲击吸收能量仍保持在100J以上的12Cr1MoVR钢板,保证蒸汽分汽缸的安全、高效及稳定性运行。
The heat-resistant pearlite steel plate 12Cr1MoVR is used in the manufacture of steam distribution cylinders which served in high temperature stress and impact load environments and is readily to induce dynamic embrittlement fracture,endangering the safety and reliability of the distribution cylinder;therefore the 12Cr1MoVR steel plate with excellent toughness is issued,which is more than the steel plate utility,improve the production quality of steam distribution cylinders,improve the safety and reliability of pot furnace operation,with a strong engineering background and importance the actual meaning. This article adjusts the chemical components,optimizes the rolling process and the appropriate thermal development of the chemical process, and has a uniform and stable mental capacity fixed;when the punch temperature to-20℃,the punch suction energy can still maintain above 100J,which guarantees the safety and height of the distribution cylinder effective and stable operation.
