摘要 针对东北特殊钢集团股份有限公司炼钢厂所生产的φ800mm外卖大圆坯Q355NE系列风电用钢品种中心裂纹严重,影响下游用户使用的问题,通过收集前期大量数据并进行系统分析,再结合理论依据进行验证,最后确定影响大圆坯中心裂纹的因素有钢种成分、拉速波动、二冷配比不合理、末搅参数不合适等,最终通过工艺优化、工装改进,将外卖大圆坯Q355NE系列品种中心裂纹级别控制在要求范围内,满足下游用户的使用需求。 Aiming at the problem that the serious central crack of φ800mm delivery round billet Q355NE series wind power steel produced by Steel-Making Plant of Dongbei Special Steel Co., Ltd. affected the use of downstream users,through collecting a large amount of data in the early stage, carrying out systematic analysis, and combining with theoretical basis for verification, it is determined that the factors affecting the central crack of large round billet include steel composition, drawing speed fluctuation, unreasonable secondary cooling ratio, inappropriate final stirring parameters, etc. Finally, through process optimization and tooling improvement, the crack level in the center of the Q355NE series of large round billets is controlled within the required range to meet the use needs of downstream users.
