降低二胺替比林甲烷光度法测定钢中钛含量结果超过航标允许差概率实践

摘要 本文通过对二胺替比林甲烷光度法显色阶段钛显色的优化、钼和铌对测钛干扰的优化、分解试样阶段称取试样中含钛量,(1+1)硫酸加入量,溶盐时水的加入量和加热煮沸时间的优化,将原方法改进为一种检测结果超过航标允许差概率<1%的新方法,现场使用两年多,效果良好。 The paper optimized the processes of the developing of Ti in the colouration period of diantipyrine methane photometric method,the interference of Mo,Nb with the Ti measuring,the Ti content of the weighed sample in the resolving,the addition of sulfuric acid,the addition of water in the salt resolving,and the time of heating& boiling,the original method is improved to be an new method which could make the allowable variations of the measured results exceeds the specified limits of HB to be less than 1%,and the new method has been used in the factory for more than two years,it’s effect is good.
