马钢2150mm板坯连铸机在2005年引进于德国某公司,主体设备为国外设计国内制造,其中包括可在线调宽结晶器。使用过程中发现结晶器调窄一直不能达到设计要求,存在卡阻的问题。为保证结晶器在线调宽功能的正常实现,对参数进行了改进。解决了调窄卡阻的问题。

The 2150mm slab caster of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was introduced from German in2005. The main equipment is designed and manufactured at home, including the on-line width adjustable crystallizer. In the process of use, it was found that the narrowing adjustment of the mould could not meet the design requirements, and there was a problem of jamming. In order to ensure the realization of the on-line width adjustment function of the mould, the parameters were improved and the problem of the jamming is solved.
