战略性企业社会责任与组织韧性:网络嵌入与创新能力的链式中介作用

Strategic Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Resilience:The Chain Mediating Role of Network Embeddedness and Innovation Capability

为帮助管理者进一步理解战略性企业社会责任促进企业化危为机的作用机制,提高企业应对动态复杂环境能力以及管理和组织能力,探讨战略性企业社会责任对组织韧性的内在影响机制以及相关中介作用。基于利益相关者理论构建以战略性企业社会责任、网络嵌入、创新能力和组织韧性为变量的理论模型,利用对长三角地区362家科技型企业的调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)战略性企业社会责任对组织韧性有显著的正向影响,积极履行社会责任的企业能够在遭遇危机后较快恢复至原有水平;(2)网络嵌入和创新能力对战略性企业社会责任和组织韧性分别具有显著的中介作用,即企业能够通过履行社会责任开拓获取创新资源的渠道、提升创新意愿和能力,从而增强组织韧性;(3)网络嵌入和创新能力对战略性企业社会责任和组织韧性具有显著的链式中介作用。因此,企业应摒弃传统的社会责任观,重视并积极履行战略性企业社会责任,同时重视建立稳定密切的社会网络和创新能力。

To help managers further understand the mechanism of strategic corporate social responsibility(SCSR) to turn risks into opportunities, improve the ability of enterprises to cope with dynamic and complex environments and their management and organizational capabilities, this paper explores the internal impact mechanism of SCSR on organizational resilience and related mediating effect. Based on stakeholder theory, a theoretical model with SCSR,network embeddedness, innovation capability and organizational resilience as variables is constructed, and empirical analysis is conducted by using the survey data of 362 technology-based enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that:(1) SCSR has a significant positive impact on organizational resilience, and enterprises that actively perform social responsibility can quickly recover to their original level after encountering a crisis.(2) Network embedding and innovation capability have significant intermediary effects on SCSR and organizational resilience respectively, which means enterprises can develop access to innovative resources by fulfilling social responsibilities,enhance their willingness and ability to innovate, thereby enhancing organizational resilience.(3) Network embeddedness and innovation ability have significant chain mediating effects on SCSR and organizational resilience.Therefore, enterprises should abandon the traditional concept of social responsibility, attach importance to and actively perform SCSR, and at the same time, attach importance to the establishment of a stable and close social network and innovation capabilities.
