摘要
研究城市更好发挥创新资源集聚优势、提升整体创新能力以及塑造高质量创新空间的更新策略。从历史维度和现实维度论证创新空间生产与城市更新协同互促的必然性,从理论、方法与国际经验的角度,根据“城市-科技-产业-人”的演变趋势、互动影响与现实需求,基于创新阶层与产业需求,构建包含多维度发展质量提升的目标导向、多元化创新要素集聚的体系构成、多尺度创新空间供给的空间特征、合作型城市增长联盟的动力机制等方面的城市更新发展框架,总结出创新锚点模式、旧城再生模式和园区转型模式3种城市更新模式,并基于美国的纽约硅巷、波士顿创新区和亚利桑那科技园3个典型案例总结相关经验。最后研究提出,城市更新需要在关注物质空间更新的同时,构建完善的创新系统、创造复合多元的创新空间以及形成持续创新与优化的长效机制。
This paper aims to research the city’s renewal strategy to better utilize the advantages of innovation resource agglomeration, enhance the overall innovation capability and shape the high-quality innovation space. The inevitability of the synergy and mutual promotion of innovative space production and urban renewal is demonstrated from the historical and practical dimensions, and from the perspective of theory, method and international experience, according to the evolution trend, interactive influence and real demand of "city-technology-industry-people", and based on the innovation class and industry demand, it constructs an urban renewal development framework including the goal orientation of multi-dimensional development quality improvement, the system composition of diversified innovation elements, the spatial characteristics of multi-scale innovation space supply, and the dynamic mechanism of cooperative urban growth alliances, summs up three urban renewal modes: innovation anchor mode, old city regeneration mode,and park transformation mode, and summarizes relevant experience based on three typical cases of New York Silicon Alley, Boston Innovation District and Arizona Science Park in the United States. Finally, it points out that urban renewal needs to build a sound innovation system, create a complex and diverse innovation space, and form a longterm mechanism for continuous innovation and optimization while paying attention to the renewal of material space.
