摘要
我国首颗高通量卫星“中星16号”于2017年发射,服役5年来为各行各业持续提供可靠高速的卫星通信服务,在地面公众网络的备份和应急恢复领域充分发挥其技术优势,为现有光纤、4G/5G通信网络提供备份和应急接入。文章主要介绍利用高通量卫星与地面网络运营商合作加强重要通信基站、通信光缆的常规备份能力,以及灾害情况下的快速恢复公网通信的能力,提升通信网络的抗毁性、应急通信保障的时效性和机动性的解决方案和成果。
China's first high-throughput satellite,Zhongxing 16,was launched in 2017,and has provided reliable and high-speed satellite communication services for all walks of life for five years,taking good advantage of its technical advantages in the field of backup and emergency recovery of terrestrial public networks,such as the existing optical fiber and 4G/5G communication networks.This paper illustrates the solutions and achievements of using high-throughput satellites to cooperate with terrestrial network operators to strengthen the backup capabilities of important communication base stations and communication optical cables,as well as the ability to quickly restore terrestrial network communications in response to disasters,and to improve the timeliness and mobility of emergency communication support.
