摘要
随着当前城市化发展的高速化,科技水平的提高,传统城市模型难以应对日益复杂的突发事件,智慧城市概念应运而生。智慧城市的诞生不仅可以解决传统城市点对点的低效信息传递问题,更可以利用海量信息进行信息的筛选与储存。随着智慧城市的诞生,应对突发事件的解决方式也有了新的模式,从之前将传统单一的信息传送到相关部门,相关部门再传送到平行部门,平行部门之间再开会进行商量解决办法,发展为到一个依据科技手段和大数据技术的应急管理平台体系。因此,随着时代背景的变化,研究基于智慧城市的应急管理平台体系具有重要的实践和理论价值。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the improvement of scientific and technological level,the traditional city model is difficult to deal with increasingly complex emergencies,and the concept of smart city came into being.The birth of smart city can not only solve the traditional point-to-point inefficient information transmission model,but also use massive information to screen and store information.With the birth of the smart city,there is also a new model for the solution of emergencies.From the previous traditional single information transmission to the relevant departments,the relevant departments then to the parallel departments,and the parallel departments hold meetings to discuss solutions to an emergency management platform system based on scientific and technological means and big data technology.Therefore,with the changing background of the times,the research on the emergency management platform system under the smart city has important practical and theoretical value.
