在医院内部管理工作中,人力资源管理系统是一项重要内容,但是传统的人力资源管理方法应用效率较差,为此信息化人力资源管理模式得到应用,通过对系统的设计,能够全面提升医院人力资源管理工作效率与质量。因此,文章将对基于JSP的医院人力资源管理系统的设计与实现进行深入地研究与分析,并结合实践经验提出一种设计方案,以期能够对相关人员有所帮助。

In the internal management of the hospital,human resource management system is an important content,but the application efficiency of traditional human resource management methods is poor.Therefore,the informatization human resource management mode has been applied.Through the design of the system,the efficiency and quality of human resource management in the hospital can be comprehensively improved.Therefore,this paper will conduct in-depth research and Analysis on the design and implementation of hospital human resource management system based on JSP,and propose a design scheme combined with practical experience,in order to help relevant personnel.
